Environment wise,
it’s more like a family restaurant for me which caters to customers who come in
a group of 3 and above with.
Serves a good variety of
seafood where dishes such a lobsters and snow crab can be found here.
There are
few separated sections which could give you a more privacy dining experience
with your family or friends.
One of their specialty dish is Seafood in Layer
Pot.
We were told that the cooking style of this dish is mainly by steaming in
order to maintain the freshness of the seafood.
There are two layers: Soup base
and the Seafood. Initially, the soup is making up with plain water, Chinese
cabbage and slices of ginger. After steaming the seafood pot, all the essence of the seafood
remained in the soup.
